As a lead consultant for the Regional Transportation Authority's Mainstreet Program, I've assisted hundreds of businesses and engaged with thousands through outreach. This experience has sharpened my ability to identify challenges and create tailored strategies. My background in business development, automation, manufacturing engineering, and project management in aerospace and computer technology enhances my consulting work, providing insights for effective, targeted solutions. A. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance, I bring over 17 years of business consulting experience to the table. My journey has encompassed various roles, including manufacturing, engineering, program management, business development, and academia. This diverse expertise allows me to deliver both technical and strategic guidance to organizations.
In addition to consulting, I am a certified life coach, dedicated to empowering individuals, teams, and businesses to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Q. Should I have others review your proposal?
A. Absolutely! Ensuring that all parties involved have a clear understanding of each proposed task and its deliverables is crucial for achieving success. Q. Do I own all accounts (website, social media, other)?
A. Yes, your ownership of all accounts is vital for effective management and strategy execution. Sole access allows you to oversee operations and to make adjustments to control your online presence. It also ensures transparency in evaluating third-party services. If hired professionals fall short, you can decide on replacements, whether managing accounts yourself or finding better-suited experts. This flexibility is essential for a successful business and keeps your strategies aligned with your objectives.
Q. What are your payment terms (downpayment, retainers, credit card payments, cash equivalent payments, etc.)?
A. Before projects commence at SAT Business Consulting LLC, a retainer equal to 50% of the estimated cost will be required. Once the project reaches 50% completion, an additional 25% of the retainer will be due. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion.
Please note that if additional services not included in the original proposal are requested by the client, additional fees and retainers may apply.
